1. Return the BookDVC Point Rental Application (One time only)
2. Browse the Open Listings (Below)
3. Complete the DVC Member Reservation Claim Form (Below)
⊗ Make sure to copy/paste all information for the open listing you are claiming (Example: “120 Point – Beach Club – December”)
⊗ A BookDVC Agent will respond with reservation instructions within 30 minutes during normal business hours
4. Complete the Reservation
5. Reply to the Reservation Instructions e-mail with the Reservation Confirmation Number within one hour
⊕ No Dining Plan Reservations Required!
⊕ Most Reservations can be made completely online
⊕ Receive the initial payment (70%) within 48 hours on average
⊕ Receive the remaining payment (30%) on the day of check-in
