BookDVC is consistently the lowest priced option of all major DVC Rental Companies, with transparent pricing of $19.00 – $22.50 per point rented, depending on the Disney resort and how far out the reservation is booked.
Other brokers frequently engage in “peak pricing”, meaning they charge more for certain rooms and times of year. As a result, the price per point is far less transparent, but usually works out to $24.00 – $30.00 per point.
Yes, BookDVC Reservations are 100% Guaranteed. Over literally thousands of reservations, we have never had a cancellation. However, if that were to happen, we would secure alternative agreeable arrangements for the renter, or refund 100% of the cost of the rental. Unlike other DVC shops, BookDVC typically takes possession of the points being rented via the transfer process, so there is no risk of owner cancellations. While other brokers operate with a network of hundreds, or even thousands of owners handling the reservations, we maintain a closed rental management process.
BookDVC recommends inquiring at least 7 months in advance for in-demand times, resorts, and room types. Studios, the so-called “monorail resorts”, Beach Club, and the resorts at Disneyland fill up particularly fast.
That being said, DVC availability has seemingly gotten much better since DVC suggested that it would be cracking down on so-called “confirmed reservations” (in demand reservations made months in advance and held in attempt to secure a premium price)
BookDVC has completed thousands of Disney Vacation Club reservations for hundreds of owners. Last year, we did approximately one thousand, which is roughly the maximum we can handle under our closed point system, that we believe better protects our renters.
Capping rentals at approximately 1,000 per year allows BookDVC to routinely provide a superior customer support experience for a lower cost because, unlike other companies, we aren’t just the middle man for thousands of independent owners. Since opening in 2018, we have never received a negative review,
BookDVC is typically around 30-40% less expensive that booking a reservation directly through Disney. For in-demand periods and for larger rooms, the savings can be even greater. Additionally, BookDVC is 15-20% less expensive than other DVC rental companies.
Disney Vacation Club studios and villas offered by reputable third party rental companies are the same rooms at the same resorts offered directly through Disney.
Because BookDVC operates a closed inventory system, we can generally have an available DVC reservation secured within an hour or two of the reservation deposit being made. The final payment is not due until the reservation is secured, and in the rare circumstance that a reservation is no longer available, the deposit will be refunded.
